Zodiac Series

I don’t have a personal reason as to why I chose this concept for Pisces. All I could say is instead of swimming fish that are commonly used for zodiac art, I chose a cooked fish ready to be eaten. This is one of my favorites as well as a fan favorite.

Inspired by the minotaur in the 3rd season of American Horror Story. A bull is the usual imagery for Taurus and I loved the idea of this man who beheaded a bull and wears it walking around an English garden. A very bullheaded move.

This is a repaint of a previous concept used for Virgo. I like the idea of a sacrificed virgin, turned possession. The previous piece had an angelic girl with a monstrous demon as her shadow, using her virginity as a mask. It sucked. This is the reverse as the physical mask is the angelic shield hiding the demon underneath.

The ram. A supernatural twist on a dominant figure leading the sheep a dark pathway. As ominous as that sounds this is not a personal opinion of Aries. Though my mother is an Aries.

I had a lot of close friends as Cancers. This interpretation does have some personal distaste for these types. Cancer the crab is a crustation faced girl on her birthday party. Clutched in her claws is a birthday balloon with “cancer” burned in to the rubber.
